Our philosophy is to maintain your vehicle or vehicles in excellent working condition. We do this by following Mercedes-Benz, BMW & Mini-Cooper recommendations along with our years of experience in understanding what can go wrong with these vehicles. When a vehicle arrives for the first time, we create a service plan for that vehicle and have a system that will track all services so they are performed at the correct time. One of the reasons for premature breakdown is because components on the vehicle are not serviced on time or forgotten about. That will never happen with us.

When you are our loyal customer, we go over and above in making sure your vehicle is properly maintained. Everytime the vehicle is in we are looking at the whole vehicle and noting conditions of components that could potentially cause a failure. We monitor & code those components to keep track of them and each time you come in we recheck it to be sure it is in acceptable condition. If we think the component can make it to the next service, we let it go to maximize the life out of that part and in turn save you money but if there is a chance of it causing you to get stuck on the road or become a bigger expense if not addressed then you can be assured we will advise you to make repairs. We do this so that you may have the confidence to take your vehicle on the road at any given time.

At Pete’s Autohaus we understand that distinction and perform our care of your vehicle with that in mind. We believe that proper service intervals are key to the reliability & performance of your BMW. Therefore our service intervals may at times differ from that of the BMW dealer. We want to make sure your BMW will last for Hundreds of Thousands of miles and we tailor our services much differently than the BMW dealer does. We are not looking to move you into a new car after 50,000 miles unless that is your choice. You can trust that every decision we make here is in the interest of keeping your vehicle at its best.
